Associate Partner Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Associate Partner Manager to join our team in Toronto/Ottawa. As a key member of our Private Equity team, you will play a crucial role in making and managing private equity/venture capital fund investments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing support in financial modeling, screening potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and drafting investment summaries and internal memorandums.
- Assist the Director and Managing Director with investment objectives and policies.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals through our CRM system and external and internal sources.
- Collaborate with a Senior Associate and Analyst to manage monitoring and internal reporting and review activities for private equity/venture capital fund investments.
- 5+ years of experience in private equity/venture capital fund investments and portfolio management.
- Undergraduate degree; CFA, CA/CPA, CBV, or Masters' degree in business/economics considered an asset.
- Solid accounting skills and experience.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office – Word, PP, Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
