Roynat Equity Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their team in Toronto or Ottawa. The successful candidate will play a key role in making and managing private equity/venture capital fund investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and screening of potential investments
- Assist with due diligence and investment committee presentations
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transaction closings
- Monitor and manage private equity/venture capital fund investments
- 5+ years of experience in private equity/venture capital fund investments and portfolio management
- Undergraduate degree and/or CFA, CA/CPA, CBV or Masters' degree in business/economics
- ILPA certification required
- Advanced financial modeling skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
