About the Role:

As a Fleet Management Specialist at Wheels, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client experiences. This position requires an individual to be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to engage in multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Process and oversee VIM operational requests
  • Ensure timely delivery of units to drivers and vehicles in acceptable condition
  • Interface with third-party transportation vendors to ensure driver and client satisfaction
  • Manage drivers in rentals to maximize fleet efficiency and contain costs
  • Ccoordinate/manage necessary repairs with transportation vendors based on client parameters
  • Manage surplus/storage to minimize costs and aging of vehicles
  • Make strategic decisions on clients' behalf (vehicle recommendations, driver placement, surplus utilization)
  • Maintain current profiles for VIM clients and transportation vendors
  • Deliver weekly/monthly rental, surplus/storage, and open/closed request reporting
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating applications to execute transactions: Salesforce, VIM Application, CSD, FleetView, P2P Interim Rentals, Client Structure, etc.
  • Escalate issues to VIM Supervisor and appropriate personnel accordingly
  • Meet monthly KPIs and client SLAs
  • Meet VIM responsiveness standards
  • Confidentially maintain all received information
  • Respond to multi-channel inquiries (telephony, email, Fleetview, VIM application)
  • Backup other VIM Associates as designated by VIM Supervisor and leadership

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2-3 years Customer Service experience in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment
  • Fleet Management Industry experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • French language proficiency desired

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
