Strategic Marketing and Business Development Advisor

Job Title: Strategic Marketing and Business Development Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing and Business Development Advisor to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing proposals, and analyzing data to inform strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Develop and write proposals to secure funding and partnerships
- Analyze and synthesize research data to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
- Develop marketing collateral and handle tasks related to product marketing and partner training materials
- Coordinate content creation and fact sheets for training partners
- Oversee mass newsletters and ensure creative and copy alignment for marketing communications
- Prepare surveys for release and plan campaign scheduling
- Coordinate unified campaign execution across various content platforms
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in program management or business development
Working Conditions:
- Work will be in a virtual capacity
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process
