Job Title: Strategic Business Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our team at 14836421 Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, analysis, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization to optimize business performance
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Develop and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance business operations
  • Plan and implement re-organization of operations to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning and implementation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
