Executive Director - Goods Production and Infrastructure
At OMNICONSTRUCT ADVISORS INC., we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our goods production and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in goods production and infrastructure.
- Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
