Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team at Agilent. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
  • Perform maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
  • Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
  • Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.
  • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and manage product escalations. Collaborate with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree within the science field – chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience with LC, LCMS, LCQTOF in a similar position or experience as an end user.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.
  • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely.
  • You enjoy traveling and visiting customers.

Additional Details

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $76,000 - $120,000 CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
