We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to provide exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Answer electronic enquiries, providing accurate and helpful responses
  • Greet customers and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring attention to detail and professionalism
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail required
  • Repetitive tasks and organized work environment
  • Permanent work term with 30-40 hours per week
