B.C. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
