Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

At Saif Driveway Sealing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, repair, residential, restoration, inspection.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
