Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to health and safety.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in a noisy environment, with regular exposure to construction sites and equipment.

Work Setting

This role is based in a construction setting, with regular interaction with trades helpers, insulators, and cement finishers.

Transportation/Travel Information

This role requires willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working under pressure, with regular exposure to physical demands of construction work.
