Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and train a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring projects meet their expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on supervision and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed primarily outdoors, with occasional indoor work in an office or construction site setting.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional use of heavy equipment.

Education:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Recommend personnel actions.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Supervision:
  • 3-4 people.

Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Willing to travel.
