Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize losses.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of sales experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable and criminal record check required.
