Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all sales staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bondable and able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment
