Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the sales team is meeting their targets.

  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.

Work Environment

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads. They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent communication skills.
