Job Title: Food Counter Attendant
About the Role:
We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Meal Preparation: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Hiring and Training: Assist in hiring and training food service staff.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
