Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Hire and train food service staff

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding with extended periods of standing
  • Work under pressure to meet customer demands
