Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Hire and train food service staff
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. You must be able to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently with colleagues and customers.
