Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and preparing high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Hire and train food service staff to maintain a high-performing team.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Work ScheduleThis is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English or French.
