Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the hotel
- Maintain and repair hotel equipment and systems to ensure business continuity
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
- Provide mentorship and coaching opportunities for Indigenous workers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
