Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficient operation of the hotel.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement diversity and cross-cultural training programs to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
