Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Que Rico Tapas Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage food costs and inventory
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high standards of quality and presentation
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Spanish and Caribbean cuisine
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
