Food Service Operations Manager

At NEW YORK PIZZERIA INC, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a college education and at least one year of experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best food and other supplies for our menu.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to secure catering and facility use agreements.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
- English language proficiency required.
