We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Francesco Food & Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training
- Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve staff performance.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain effective food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations and Administration
- Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Establish and maintain effective work schedules and staff rosters.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
