Food Service Manager

RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
