At Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office, we are seeking a highly motivated Produce Department Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards, ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience for customers.
  • Accurately scan products and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering to meet customer demands.
  • Set up company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
  • Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Requirements:

  • A team player with an attention for detail, driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Motivated to learn new things, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Flexible to work a variety of departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout a shift.
