We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raaziq Staffing Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Office Operations: Assist with daily office operations, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
