Maintenance Performance Center Lead

At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled professional to lead our Maintenance Performance Center (MPC) strategy and operations. As an MPC Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying MPC strategies, consolidating depot organizations, and integrating MPC principles into regional metiers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product line MPC teams to understand and deploy MPC strategies, ensuring regional complexities are managed appropriately.
- Consolidate current depot organizations into a singular structure, considering impact on performance and people.
- Integrate MPC principles into regional metiers, challenging the business to optimize their metiers and deliver best performance possible.
- Lead and direct meetings/workshops on critical elements of deployment, ensuring consensus and ownership of objectives and actions.
- Design and govern mobilization/implementation plans, ensuring DFQ/governance is maintained and schedule is met.
- Ensure regional teams deliver actions in a timely manner, engineering, supply chain, HR, etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ years as site, project, or operation manager in railway industry, with at least 5 years of experience in medium-critical projects.
- Experience working in and with multi-functional, multi-sites, or multi-projects teams.
- Experience mobilizing large maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution.
- Good knowledge and connections with transport clients/customers in the country.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges.
- Strong ability to convince, influence, and persuade.
- Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset, and result-oriented.
- Business Acumen.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Global and Cultural Awareness.
- Excellent leadership qualities, capable of coordinating and ensuring collaboration of multi-sites/multi-functional/multi-projects teams.
- Resilient and able to deliver operationally in a demanding and changing environment.
- Good planning and organization skills.
