At Alstom, we're on a mission to make transportation smarter and more sustainable. As a Maintenance Performance Center Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our efforts to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in railway operations and supply chain management. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of maintenance performance centers across various regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product line teams to understand and deploy MPC strategies, ensuring regional complexities are addressed effectively
  • Consolidating depot organizations into a singular structure, considering performance and people impact
  • Integrating MPC principles into regional metiers, challenging businesses to optimize their metiers and deliver exceptional performance
  • Leading and directing meetings/workshops on critical deployment elements, ensuring consensus and ownership of objectives and actions
  • Designing and governing mobilization/implementation plans, ensuring DFQ/governance is maintained and schedules are met
  • Ensuring regional teams deliver actions in a timely manner, including engineering, supply chain, HR, etc.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience as a site, project, or operation manager in the railway industry, with at least 5 years of experience in medium-critical projects
  • Experience working in and with multi-functional, multi-site, or multi-project teams
  • Knowledge of ALSTOM's way of working for efficient process execution
  • Good knowledge and connections with transport clients/customers in the country
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges
  • Strong ability to convince, influence, and persuade
  • Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset, and result-oriented approach

The estimated salary for this position is between $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
