About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to join our team at Héroux-Devtek. As an SAP Functional Lead, you will be responsible for providing second-level support and guidance to our internal users on SAP applications.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on support and training to super-users and some end-users on SAP functionalities, modules, and processes.
  2. Work closely with business users, developers, basis & functional lead peers, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems.
  3. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP processes, procedures, and user guides.
  4. Participate in SAP testing and implementation of new modules or enhancements.
  5. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance SAP system usability and efficiency.
  6. Manage and prioritize the SAP AMS backlog, including enhancements, bug fixes, and user requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in SAP AMS, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with SAP solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
