About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at Agropur Cooperative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and configuring the SAP QM module to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configuration: Design, customize, and configure the SAP QM module to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM processes, including debugging and resolving issues.
  • Integration and Workflow Management: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, and advise on workflows, including job monitoring and regular daily monitoring.
  • Quality Management Processes: Implement and support SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Document functional designs, test cases, and results, and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose service improvements and perform root cause analysis for performance enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP QM, with additional experience in SAP MM and SAP PP being advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SAP debugging, workflow creation, and job monitoring, familiarity with interfaces such as MES, IDOCs, and RFCs, and strong understanding of SAP QM standard processes and configurations.
  • Language: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers in Canada and U.S. in English and French.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of S4 Hana are a plus.
