Sushi Raku Japanese Cuisine: Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Sushi Raku Japanese Cuisine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency in our restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Human Resources: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, manage inventory, and implement efficient interpersonal skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
