Overview

Multiquip Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality products, including light to medium construction equipment, power generation equipment, and lighting. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day service operations for MQ Construction and Power Generation Equipment, scheduling customer training, and reporting product issues in the field.
  • Act as a liaison with customers, MQ service centers, and product managers to identify technical problems and report on technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain the MQ Authorized Service Center network in assigned regions.
  • Process product warranty claims, inspecting, verifying, and authorizing repairs.
  • Assist in developing training materials for assigned products and provide timely information to product managers using Market Information reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with the creation and review process of service bulletins, FAQs, parts/operation manuals, and service instructions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fields with large to mid-size construction equipment manufacturers.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to read, analyze electrical and hydraulic schematics, and interpret business and technical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
