Sales Manager Downtown Hotel Collection

Silver Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Downtown Hotel Collection team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and contracting new and repeat business through prospecting, sales calls, and networking to generate business for our collection of hotels in downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets with a focus on growth and development for Downtown Hotel Collection.
  • Solicit, negotiate, and close new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize revenue to meet or exceed goals.
  • Participate in annual business planning, strategy, and tactical planning.
  • Submit weekly sales action plans to the Regional Sales Director – Downtown Hotel Collection outlining sales activities and results from previous prospecting activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, marketing programs, and overall property updates for each hotel.
  • Respond to all assigned leads and customer queries promptly and professionally.
