Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring product-market fit and customer needs.
  • Acting as a key evangelist for new technologies, creating and securing investments for innovative projects.
  • Designing and implementing detailed technical campaigns and business models to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Creating value through packaging, pricing, and product lifecycle management, optimizing business performance.
  • Exploring and executing inorganic growth strategies in partnership with the corporate strategy team.
  • Supporting portfolio business health management with periodic assessments and lifecycle changes.
  • Training, motivating, and guiding the sales force to drive circuit simulation business growth.
  • Maximizing value capture through effective product lifecycle management, packaging, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience and a minimum of a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in a product management or product marketing role within the EDA or Semiconductor industries.
  • Strong expertise in Analog, Memory, Custom Digital, or Mixed-signal technologies.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.
  • Experience in revenue forecasting, business planning, and portfolio management.
