Job Title: Heavy-Duty Cleaner

Cork And Crisp Incorporated is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy-Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain a visually appealing exterior.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions:
  • Various locations.
  • Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, power tools, power lawn mowers, security system, small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), and snowblower.
