About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Pricing, Rebate & Contract Analyst to join our Contracts & Pricing team at Smith+Nephew. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing contract compliance and pricing activities for our Canadian operations. Reporting directly to the Contracts & Pricing Manager, your responsibilities will encompass developing and submitting RFP responses, maintaining contracts and pricing structures, and preparing accurate customer quotations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive RFP responses, ensuring strict adherence to corporate guidelines and best practices.
  • Prepare clear and concise customer-facing quotations that accurately reflect contract pricing terms and conditions.
  • Effectively manage and maintain active contracts, including extensions, renewals, and ongoing compliance with all relevant agreements.
  • Calculate customer rebates with precision and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role.
  • A college or university degree, or equivalent relevant work experience, is required.
  • 3-5 years of proven industry experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this position.
