Job Summary

The Contracts & Pricing team at Smith+Nephew is seeking a highly skilled Pricing, Rebates and Contracts Analyst to lead and manage all contract compliance and pricing related activities for the Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit RFP responses, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain contracts and pricing on system, and prepare customer-facing quotations.
  • Build strong relationships with Group Purchasing Organizations, Shared Services Organizations & other buying groups.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects/deliverables, ensuring timely and coordinated responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
  • Perform RFP rebate & profitability modelling and analysis, and co-ordinate communication between customer contract administrators and Smith+Nephew.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English-French is a must.
  • Completion of College or University, and/or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is advantageous, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Professionalism in administrative areas, with ability to continuously learn and acquire knowledge.
  • Ability to build relationships across the business and its functions, and drive business performance based on KPI and driver analysis.
  • High degree of Excel knowledge, with ability to perform analysis and modelling.
