Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Young Fellas Construction Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and making adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Specialized Tasks: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
