Young Fellas Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, operating industrial vacuum cleaners, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. You will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures, as well as working with our tradespersons to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. If you have a strong work ethic and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Sweep, mop, and wax floors
* Operate industrial vacuum cleaners
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
* Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
* Work with tradespersons to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Will train
* Ability to work independently
* Strong work ethic

**Work Environment:**

* 40 hours per week
