About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, judgement, organized, and reliable.
