Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our Finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to align with corporate goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee cost-control initiatives and contribute to efficiency improvements in operations.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements, ensuring the company meets its obligations.
  • Partner with KPMG to develop and manage tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including managing cash balances, to achieve working capital targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, currency, and operational risks, to protect the company's financial position.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for finance-related queries and reporting requirements with the group office in Ireland, ensuring alignment with group-wide financial strategies and compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, direction, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to provide financial insights that drive operational performance.
  • Support the CFO in evaluating strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize and oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

About You

  • Candidate must have CPA designation.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • PowerBI considered an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000/year
