- Sales Planning
- Set up account plans and forecasts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Execute business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Technical Support
- Present and implement innovations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide proactive support and fast reactive troubleshooting and technical problem-solving at customer sites.
- Budget Management
- Ensure proper execution and tracking of assigned accounts to achieve annual budget targets.
- Control discretionary expenses to meet company profit guidelines.
- Manage pricing at customer level to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Education
- University degree in commerce or food science.
- Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of proven successful sales track record in the food industry.
- Experience in B2B sales and food manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Skills
- Bilingual in French and English is a must for this role.
- Capacity to define and articulate a market and pricing strategy.
- Sales negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build network of relationships in the industry and be perceived as a subject matter expert.
- Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes.
- Able to think logically around issues and tasks and provide solutions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
