Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
