Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate sales staff to duties, ensuring the store is adequately staffed and customers receive prompt assistance.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Order Merchandise: Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive store image.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
