Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR DISCOUNTER SCOTT ROAD LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and manage the store's inventory.
- Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
