Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ultramar/ On The Run #41514. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Monitor and maintain store finances, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
