- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the success of the store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
