We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in instilling our company values and customer promises within your team and in the store.
The Role:As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the store management team in implementing sales and merchandising plans, promoting a highly engaged team culture, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
- Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of your categories.
- Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals in your Department.
