About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Beeton Gas Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure efficient stock management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
